Every brand we worked with had the same story. Beautiful store. Great products. And a WhatsApp number that someone had to babysit all day.
Customers would message at 11pm and get a reply the next morning — if they were lucky. They'd ask the same question three different ways because they weren't sure anyone was listening.
The tools that existed were built for global markets. Expensive. Complex. English-only. Nothing was designed for how Indian brands actually sell — in Hindi, in voice notes, in the middle of the night.
So we built Vaani.
