These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vaani, a WhatsApp sales bot for Shopify stores, operated by Leogo Designs ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using Vaani, you agree to these Terms.
Vaani is a Shopify application that connects your store to WhatsApp, enabling your customers to browse products, shortlist items, and receive checkout links through WhatsApp conversations. The service includes AI-powered product discovery, automated responses, and Shopify order creation.
To use Vaani, you must have an active Shopify store, a WhatsApp Business account connected via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, and agree to comply with Shopify's and Meta's terms of service. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify store credentials and WhatsApp Business account. You must not share access credentials or allow unauthorized parties to use Vaani on your behalf. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Vaani only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Vaani offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify's Billing API. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your Shopify account on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
The free tier is limited to 70 messages per month. Once this limit is reached, the bot will pause until the next billing cycle. Upgrading to a paid plan removes this restriction.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Your use of Vaani is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle merchant and customer data in accordance with that policy.
Vaani, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Leogo Designs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your business. You retain ownership of your store data and product catalog.
You may cancel your Vaani subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Vaani is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific business requirements. Your use of Vaani is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leogo Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vaani, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or missed sales opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leogo Designs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Vaani, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Shopify app dashboard. Continued use of Vaani after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
